   Find problems that keep coming back.

2. Define

   State the problem and the constraint.

3. Build

   Make the smallest thing that works.

4. Validate

   Test it against real limits.

5. Commercialize

   Find the market and the route to it.

6. Compound

   Reuse what worked in the next cycle.

What makes it compound

Assets get better when they connect. The combinations worth looking for:

• Software with data
• Brand with distribution
• Research with workflow
• Company with platform
